RETURNS INFORMATION FOR DOGCO AND HUGO & OTTO

Each Dog Co and Hugo & Otto bed purchased via Divine Pets is handmade to order and as such specific returns information is applicable. 


As per our standard returns policy, handmade bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty. 


To prove fault you must do this in writing within 7 days of receiving the order. We request that photographs be taken of the faults and emailed to us so that upon inspection Dog Company can agree the fault. If no fault is found upon their inspection the bed will be returned to your shipping address and a courier charge incurred. 


No refund will be provided and costs will be incurred by the buyer should we find that the products have been deliberately damaged or cannot be taken back into stock because of misuse.


Any goods returned incomplete i.e, parts missing or in condition that prevents re-sale i.e, stains/dog hair etc. will not be refunded. Customers must also ensure all swing tags and packaging remain in place.


If your item arrives in damaged packaging we request you take photographs of this damage and forward to us. This allows us to claim against carriage insurance from the delivery company.


Shipping information and shipping reference numbers should be sent to returns@divinepets.co.uk and we request that you insure the shipment to the full value of the goods as per your invoice. You are responsible for the safe return of all goods until they are received, we cannot accept any responsibility for losses during shipping.
