Our customers can rest assured that due to our unique trading location they will not be charged any import fees or courier-levied VAT when ordering from any of our EU-based partners (Bowl&Bone Republic, Labbvenn, EMMA Firenze, Frida Firenze, William Walker, Hoopo, Lord Lou and WoolDog). Divine Pets is unaffected by Brexit.
When ordering from Divine Pets all prices include VAT and customers in Northern Ireland and Great Britain will not be charged additional costs.
We try to make our online ordering process as simple as possible. We offer FREE UK standard shipping on all orders over £75. We also offer tracked delivery options in addition to standard postage.
Please note that some of our brand partners based in Great Britain utilise a courier delivery service and in some instances, particularly for addresses in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, a delivery surcharge will apply. This is applied at cost and is beyond our control as the retailer. Affected products will note any surcharge
Divine Pets ships mainly to the UK and Ireland, however, we can offer international delivery service on request. Please contact us for pricing information.
Please note if any import taxes or duties in destination country of the Customer are charged on the ordered goods, it’s solely the responsibility of the Customer to settle any bill according to local tax regulations. Divine Pets is not liable for these charges. If a customer refuses to accept delivery and the goods are returned they will not be refunded delivery charges.

Please note that goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday. Please allow 3-7 working days for standard delivery.
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to substitute the item or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
In the event that no one is available to accept your delivery, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.
If a customer orders more than one item from different suppliers, the customer may be liable for more than one delivery charge. All delivery charges will be combined and clearly displayed at the checkout before the customer places
