Bowl and bone republic returns

All beds, bedding, bowls and clothing from Bowl and Bone Republic are shipped directly from the company in Poland.

Goods, with the exceptions of beds, must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery and include a completed returns form. Returned goods should be sent back in the original, undamaged packaging, with no signs of use. The returned goods should be accompanied by a completed return form and a document confirming the purchase of the goods.  The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All Bowl and Bone Republic beds purchased via Divine Pets are made to order and as such specific returns information is applicable. As per our standard returns policy, made-to-order bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty. 

To prove fault you must do this in writing within 7 days of receiving the order. We request that photographs be taken of the faults and emailed to us so that upon inspection Bowl and Bone Republic can agree the fault. If no fault is found upon their inspection the bed will be returned to your shipping address and a courier charge incurred. 

No refund will be provided and costs will be incurred by the buyer should we find that the products have been deliberately damaged or cannot be taken back into stock because of misuse.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e, parts missing or in condition that prevents re-sale i.e, stains/dog hair etc. will not be refunded. 

If your item arrives in damaged packaging we request you take photographs of this damage and make a complaint in the presence of the courier. You must also contact Bowl and Bone immediately to inform them of any damage. The courier will provide a damage form for completion.

Shipping information and shipping reference numbers should be sent to returns@divinepets.co.uk and we request that you insure the shipment to the full value of the goods as per your invoice. You are responsible for the safe return of all goods until they are received, we cannot accept any responsibility for losses during shipping.

Please note that unfortunately Bowl and Bone Republic do not offer any exchanges. If you purchase the wrong size, you will still need to go through the returns process and purchase the correct size on a separate order.
