As per our standard returns policy, bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty.
We kindly ask you to inspect the contents of your package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. In the rare event of any damaged or missing items, it is necessary to initiate an official claim by documenting a damage protocol with the courier and promptly providing the required documents to us within 14 days. Claim reference (damage protocol) is crucial when dealing with the insurance provider. We would also advise taking photographs of any visible damage.
Additionally, if you notice any defects or damage to the product, we urge you to report it immediately and refrain from using the product. This precaution measure is essential to avoid any potential complications in the claim process.
