MISSOGNO Returns

Each MISSOGNO bed purchased via Divine Pets is bespoke to order and as such specific returns information is applicable. 


As per our standard returns policy, bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty. 


We kindly ask you to inspect the contents of your package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. In the rare event of any damaged or missing items, it is necessary to initiate an official claim by documenting a damage protocol with the courier and promptly providing the required documents to us within 14 days. Claim reference (damage protocol) is crucial when dealing with the insurance provider. We would also advise taking photographs of any visible damage.


Additionally, if you notice any defects or damage to the product, we urge you to report it immediately and refrain from using the product. This precaution measure is essential to avoid any potential complications in the claim process.


MISSOGNO offer a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects only.


However, please note that their warranty does not extend to:

  • damages caused by rough pet use. This includes but is not limited to: bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains and liquid/moisture damage (unless the waterproof lining kit was used);
  • tear as a result of improper way of washing and other than intended use;
  • natural colour or texture changes in materials associated with long-term use;
  • discoloration resulting from exposure to sunlight;
  • yellowing of the foam as a natural characteristic of the product. The foam loses its colour and this is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the foam;
  • wood cracking as a result of exposure to heat;
  • plumping of wood as a result of exposure to water;
  • damage caused by improper use or not washing according to the manufacturer’s recommendations;
  • damages occurred due to keeping the product outdoor.


Please retain your warranty card (which is added to every package) as it will be helpful for further processing.


In the event of fault, please contact Divine Pets at returns@divinepets.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process. MISSOGNO treat any claim regarding faults individually and with care and attention.
