Labbvenn products are handcrafted in Poland and dispatched directly from the manufacturer to help ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. This page provides additional returns information specific to Labbvenn products and should be read alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy, which applies to all orders placed with Divine Pets.
Standard Products
Unless otherwise stated, standard Labbvenn products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Returned products must:
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of unwanted items unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Please contact returns@divinepets.co.uk before returning any Labbvenn product. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Labbvenn beds, cushions and selected furniture items are handcrafted specifically to order.
These products are made to your specification and are therefore exempt from the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Unless faulty or not as described, made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced. Where a product page identifies an item as made to order, these conditions will apply.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your Labbvenn product arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. To help us investigate your claim, please provide:
We may need to share this information with Labbvenn to assess the reported fault and agree the most appropriate resolution. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, colour or size, please contact us before arranging any return.
We will work with Labbvenn to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Information
Please do not return products directly to Labbvenn unless instructed by Divine Pets. As many Labbvenn products are dispatched directly from the manufacturer, return instructions may vary depending on the product purchased and your delivery location. Returning an item without prior authorisation may delay the processing of your return or refund.
