All items from In Vogue Pets, FuzzYard, Croci, Tre Ponti and P.L.A.Y. are sent directly from the supplier.

If the delivered Goods are deemed unsuitable, e.g. size or colour, or you have changed your mind they can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price but not the original shipping cost.
The Customer shall accept liability for the cost of return and any new delivery charges. The customer must also ensure the delivery has adequate insurance to the order value to cover any loss or damage during transit.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging in an unused, saleable condition. We will not accept the return of any products should there be any sign of use, e.g. stains or pet hair on the product or if any labels, wrapping or tags have been removed. Any goods returned in such a condition will not be refunded and you will be liable for the cost of returning the product to you.
Please note that unfortunately In Vogue do not offer any exchanges. If you purchase the wrong size, you will still need to go through the returns process and purchase the correct size on a separate order.
If Goods are damaged or faulty, they can be returned within 28 days of receipt and we will replace them without charge or provide a full refund of both the product price and shipping. Please photography any defects or damage as this will be assist the refund process. In Vogue will also accept liability for the cost of return of faulty/damaged goods where such costs do not exceed reasonable expectations.
